Keep apps on App-switcher

Most iOS devices users around the world quit apps from app switcher once they finished , However , there are a deal of disadvantages of that which i'll try to discuss here by answering a couple of questions such :
When should you quit apps from AppSwitcher ?
When you are sure that you'll not open an app for a couple of days or weeks then you can safely close it , or when you face some kind of issues with a specific app you can also close it .

Which apps should be kept on AppSwitcher ?
If you use some apps everyday like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube then you should definitely keep them on appSwitcher Because whenever you close an app and open it again it'will consume more battery and more resources, which would affect  negatively both battery life and performance  .

Why you don't have to worry about your battery while apps are running in the background?
Typically all opened apps in appSwitcher are in frozen mode , which means  they don't consume much power unless they use location services or background app refresh  .
How multitasking Works:
When you open up an app it's in RAM , when you leave it by pressing the home button or moving to another one it turns into a Frozen stat , When you open that app againg it will open faster without consuming battery and performance because it still in RAM.
To sum up I give this advice to everyone:
in order to get more battery life , Keep apps on AppSwitcher and forget about them , that will make you so comfortable  .
